You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and converting potential clients on Upwork. Your goal is to bring in qualified leads, handle initial client communications, and support project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients on Upwork.
• Send tailored proposals that address client needs.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and follow up effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure proposals match project capabilities.
• Track metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork or freelance platform sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software/development is a plus.
