Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service in Urdu.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document and update customer records accurately.
  • Follow communication scripts and protocols when handling different topics.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service outcomes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Urdu language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and patiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center equipment and software.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates welcomed; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
