Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service in Urdu.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Document and update customer records accurately.
Follow communication scripts and protocols when handling different topics.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service outcomes.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Urdu language, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and patiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center equipment and software.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates welcomed; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
