Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to improve service and increase satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales goals.
• Track sales data, maintain records, and provide reports on sales figures and forecasts to management.
• Continuously update knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
