Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items, ingredients, and potential food allergies.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age, if necessary.
• Attend to additional customer needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare bills and process payments.
• Set up, clean, and maintain assigned tables and dining areas.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
• Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills for handling payments.
• Training or experience in food hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
