Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications and websites.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to refine site specifications and improve user experience.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website problems in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility for all web applications.
• Maintain and expand or enhance the website once built.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems like SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Less than 1 year of professional web development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing past web projects or coursework is beneficial.
• Must be able to work on-site with the development team.

Additional Skills:

• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices.
• Familiarity with web hosting and domain management.
• Understanding of RESTful services and APIs.
