Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, creating WordPress themes and plugins, and optimizing our digital platforms for speed and efficiency. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates.
• Implement responsive design for various devices.
• Develop custom plugins and modules for WordPress CMS.
• Optimize website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure that all websites are up-to-date with the latest web technologies.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing websites.
• Conduct website performance tests and monitor ongoing performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with website hosting and DNS management.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
