Responsibilities:
Oversee the business operations within a designated zone to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Manage the performance, coaching, and development of the sales team within the zone.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities or potential challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Prepare and present insightful business reviews and reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the zone.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role, specifically in business management or sales, within a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a regional team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound strategic decisions.
Able to travel frequently within the zone to meet with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business management or a related field.
Demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Experience working on-site and managing a diverse and skilled team.
