Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals to join our Lahore campuses as Academic Coordinators and Campus Heads. The ideal candidate will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, campus operations, faculty performance, student success, and institutional growth. The role requires a proactive leader who can maintain high academic standards while fostering a collaborative and student-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the campus.
  • Supervise and support faculty members to ensure high-quality teaching, curriculum delivery, and student engagement.
  • Monitor lesson planning, course coverage, classroom observations, and academic performance.
  • Develop and implement academic calendars, class schedules, examination timetables, and semester plans.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor student attendance, academic progress, discipline, and overall well-being, implementing improvement strategies where required.
  • Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional development in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  • Promote innovative teaching methodologies, technology integration, and continuous academic improvement.
  • Maintain accurate academic and administrative records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate admissions-related academic activities and support student retention initiatives.
  • Manage campus resources efficiently and ensure a safe, organized, and productive learning environment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, workshops, seminars, institutional events, and accreditation activities.
  • Prepare periodic academic and operational reports for senior management.
  • Ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve institutional goals and campus growth.
  • Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification: MPhil (18 Years of Education) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • PhD or equivalent qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
Academic Coordinator
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in academic coordination, program management, or a similar leadership role.
Campus Head
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the education sector.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Campus Head, Principal, Academic Manager, Dean, or equivalent.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum planning, academic administration, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor faculty and foster a collaborative academic culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and academic management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high academic and operational standards.
