Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative staff.
- Handle office supplies, groceries, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Manage courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings.
- Support employee onboarding and other administrative activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained workplace.
Accounts
- Maintain petty cash and prepare expense records.
- Process invoices, bills, and vendor payments.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and finance teams when required.
- Reconcile petty cash and other routine financial transactions.
- Prepare basic financial reports and administrative documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration and accounts.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
