Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in attendance management using Timetrax software, employee record handling, and office administration.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational support
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records
- Handle staff coordination and administrative reporting
- Ensure smooth office operations and discipline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Practical experience with the Timetrax attendance management system
- Strong knowledge of office administration
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
