Position Summary

The Admissions & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of student recruitment, admissions, outreach, and marketing strategies to achieve institutional enrollment targets. The role is responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the admissions funnel, strengthening brand visibility, building strategic partnerships, overseeing digital marketing activities, and ensuring an exceptional prospective student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

The position requires a results-oriented professional capable of driving admissions growth while ensuring alignment with Ignition Pro's mission of developing future entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Student Recruitment
  • Develop and implement annual and intake-wise recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage the complete student recruitment lifecycle from inquiry generation to enrollment.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across all stages of the admissions funnel.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and inquiries.
  • Oversee admissions counselling and guidance services for prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and CRM data.
  • Prepare admissions forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and recruitment opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with intake targets.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers.
  • Ensure consistency of institutional branding across all communication channels.
  • Develop promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and recruitment collateral.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
Partnerships & Outreach
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, academies, career counsellors, and educational consultants.
  • Develop partnerships with corporate organizations, chambers of commerce, and entrepreneurial networks.
  • Represent Ignition Pro at education fairs, career events, seminars, and networking forums.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations to support student recruitment objectives.
  • Develop referral and ambassador programmes to support admissions growth.
Events & Recruitment Activities
  • Plan and execute Open Days, Information Sessions, Campus Tours, and Recruitment Events.
  • Coordinate school visits and outreach activities.
  • Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of event participants.
  • Maintain databases of stakeholders and event attendees.
CRM & Data Management
  • Ensure all student interactions are recorded and tracked within the CRM.
  • Generate and analyse admissions and marketing performance reports.
  • Track lead sources, conversion ratios, and recruitment costs.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights and performance trends.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and supervise Admissions Officers, Student Recruitment Executives, and Marketing personnel.
  • Set KPIs and performance targets for the team.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Admissions Management will be an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Experience within higher education, colleges, universities, or professional education institutions preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving admissions and enrollment targets.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and admissions pipelines.
  • Experience leading teams and managing external stakeholders.
