About WizVend

WizVend is an Amazon growth agency. We manage Amazon accounts for clients across Germany, the UK, the EU, and the US — handling PPC, listings, compliance, analytics, and creative services.

We are currently building an AI and automation layer across our entire operation. This role sits at the center of that effort.

What This Role Is

You will research, build, and maintain AI-powered systems and automated workflows that make WizVend faster and more scalable. You will be trained from the ground up using a structured internal curriculum. We give you the roadmap, the tools, and the direction. You do the learning and the building.

What You Will Work On

• AI automation workflows using tools like n8n
• AI agents that research, analyze, and act using frontier models
• Internal tools for reporting, tracking, and knowledge management
• Amazon API integrations for data pipelines and client reporting
• Prompt engineering and AI system design
• Research and evaluation of new AI tools and capabilities

The Person We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a specific degree or job title. We are looking for a specific type of person.

You are technically minded — you enjoy figuring out how things work and your first instinct with a new tool is to try it.

You are genuinely curious about AI — not because it is trending but because you have already started exploring it on your own.

You learn fast and independently — when given a direction, you go research it, figure it out, and come back with something working.

You are disciplined and consistent — you show up, you follow through, and you do not disappear when something gets hard.

You think in systems — you naturally ask how things connect, what breaks, and how to make it smarter.

• Anyone with no formal experience but a clear track record of learning independently

This role is fully on-site. Remote is not available.
