Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and align on data needs and integrations.
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and integration specialists to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data models and pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis.
• Evaluate and integrate new technological advancements to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies across all data platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practice guidelines for platform and integration operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data platforms and integrations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing data platform development and integration projects.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in data platforms, integration, and analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of integration frameworks and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.
