Amazon FBA Wholesale - Store Manager
About the Role
We are a growing Amazon FBA Wholesale business seeking an experienced, self-driven Store Manager to own and operate our storefront end-to-end. This is not a support role—you will be the primary driver of our Amazon business, responsible for every facet from product sourcing and supplier relationships to P&L management and Amazon account health.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience running Amazon FBA wholesale operations, understands how to identify and vet profitable products, knows how to navigate Amazon's seller ecosystem (including ungating, case management, and compliance), and is obsessed with margin and profitability. If you have built or managed a successful FBA wholesale store and can prove it, we want to talk to you.

- Analyze sales velocity, BSR trends, competition, and price history to determine product viability
- Maintain a healthy and growing product catalog with a target ROI threshold of 25%+ on invested capital
- Continuously audit the catalog to discontinue underperforming SKUs and replace with stronger opportunities
Supplier & Distributor Relations
- Source, qualify, and build relationships with wholesale distributors and brand-authorized suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and minimum order quantities to protect margins
- Manage purchase orders, reorder cycles, and inventory replenishment to prevent stockouts

Amazon Account & Operations Management
- Own all day-to-day Seller Central operations including listings, inventory, and account health monitoring
- Manage FBA shipment creation, labeling requirements, and inbound logistics coordination
- Resolve Amazon cases, stranded inventory, listing suppression, and policy compliance issues proactively
- Lead ungating efforts for restricted brands and categories, navigating the approval process with documentation
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, returns, and A-to-Z claims to protect seller metrics
P&L Management & Financial Oversight
- Own the store P&L—track revenue, COGS, FBA fees, referral fees, inbound shipping, and prep costs at the SKU level
- Maintain and update profitability trackers, ensuring accurate margin and ROI data across the entire catalog
- Identify cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain including prep, shipping, and fee optimization
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to ownership with insights and recommendations
- Set and manage purchasing budgets aligned with cash flow and inventory targets
Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a product sourcing roadmap to grow the store's profitable revenue quarter over quarter
- Stay current on Amazon policy changes, fee updates, and marketplace trends that affect the business
- Identify opportunities to expand into new categories, product lines, or supplier relationships
- Recommend and implement tools, processes, and automations to improve operational efficiency
