Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company's SaaS products or technology services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development.
- Hands-on experience selling SaaS products or IT/technology services.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, or Australia).
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
