Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Introduce the company's SaaS products or technology services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development.
  • Hands-on experience selling SaaS products or IT/technology services.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, or Australia).
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
