Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, while ensuring compliance with building codes and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings
• Prepare construction documents and specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation
• Ensure projects comply with regulations, zoning laws, and building codes
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, D5) effectively
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2–3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in architectural design software
• Strong communication and project management skills
