Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to create functional specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure product alignment and delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Assist in developing product positioning and supporting marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the launch of new products and features by coordinating efforts among different teams.
  • Manage the product development backlog and sprints to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product features.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in a cross-functional role working with various departments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
