Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Management team to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to create functional specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure product alignment and delivery.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Assist in developing product positioning and supporting marketing strategies.
Contribute to the launch of new products and features by coordinating efforts among different teams.
Manage the product development backlog and sprints to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product features.
Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in a cross-functional role working with various departments.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
