Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them proactively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare meeting minutes with actionable follow-ups.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards.
- Work closely with development, QA, design, and business teams to resolve project-related challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Support project budgeting, effort estimation, and resource planning.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Experience working in a software development or IT environment.
- Good understanding of software development and QA processes (preferred).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
