Job Description

Experience

• 1 plus year of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide testability feedback.
• Communicate testing progress and issues clearly.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of test case design techniques.
• Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and participate in client discussions when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of API testing.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or any programming language is an added advantage.
