Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support high-quality backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Design and implement data storage solutions.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs.
• Experience in cloud services and containerization technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in backend development.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
