We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our IT services business through lead generation, client relationship building, and proposal development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT services sales, C2C engagements, and staff augmentation models, along with strong skills in lead generation, job platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and technical proposal writing. This role requires someone who can actively identify new opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads for IT services and staff augmentation opportunities through multiple online channels.
  • Identify and pursue C2C partnership opportunities with IT consulting companies and vendors.
  • Search, evaluate, and apply for relevant opportunities on job platforms and outsourcing portals.
  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Write technical cover letters, proposals, and responses to client requirements.
  • Perform market research and company analysis to identify potential prospects and partnerships.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, outreach trackers, and sales pipelines using MS Office tools.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors in the IT services ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within IT services.
  • Hands-on experience in C2C sales and IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Experience working with job platforms, outsourcing portals, and freelance marketplaces.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and outreach strategies.
  • Strong technical cover letter and proposal writing skills.
  • Good research, prospecting, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and lead tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand IT technologies, services, and client requirements.
