As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving company growth by generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand Titanaxe Solutions' client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach campaigns, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent Titanaxe Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing business deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
