Job Description

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our USA and Canada outbound sales campaigns. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who have excellent English communication skills and are willing to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
• Promote company products and services professionally.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate, O/A Levels, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
