Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and motivated Call Center Closers to join our USA & Canada Campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the confidence to convert interested customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with potential customers through outbound calls.
• Present products and services while handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure every customer interaction meets company quality standards and policies.
• Build customer trust and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center sales/closing role
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
