Responsibilities:

  • Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
