• Source candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
• Maintain a candidate database and generate recruitment reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with IT and software development roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
