The Catalyst Group is hiring a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) on behalf of its client, a leading IT company.
We are seeking a commercially driven executive to lead the organization's sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and expand enterprise and partner-led business across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales and revenue growth strategy.
- Lead enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and channel development.
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams and scalable sales operations.
- Drive customer acquisition, key account management, and client retention.
- Lead executive-level negotiations with enterprise, government, and strategic clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to achieve business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role within the IT/software industry.
- Proven success in enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and achieving large-scale revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales operations, and data-driven sales management.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, SaaS, or government business will be an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
A competitive executive package is offered, with an approximate total monthly value of PKR 1.15–1.3 million, including fixed compensation, performance incentives, and executive benefits. Final compensation will be based on experience and fit.
