Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the company’s technology and AI strategy
• Architect scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• Embed AI and automation into workflows, products, and internal tools
• Replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions
• Oversee software development, infrastructure, data, and IT operations
• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure for remote offices
• Manage IP telephony systems, network setup, servers, and connectivity across locations
• Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, and data protection
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled technical solutions
• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and third-party platforms
• Keep systems modern, documented, and future-ready

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT leadership
• 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role with relevant certifications (CSM, PMP, ITIL, AWS, or similar)
• Deep, hands-on experience with:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • System architecture, APIs, databases, and scalability
  • AI tools, frameworks, and automation platforms
• Strong understanding of:
  • Practical AI implementation (not theory)
  • LLMs, AI integrations, and workflow automation
  • Data security, privacy, and AI risk management
• Proven experience in site reliability, cybersecurity, information security, big data engineering, and infrastructure architecture
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise networks, IP phones, servers, and multi-location environments
• Proven ability to ship real systems and continuously improve them

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, software engineering, cybersecurity, and data management
• Professional certifications in technology or management are advantageous
