Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Email Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage cold email campaigns.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Extract and verify lead data using modern prospecting tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
• Work closely with the business development team to support lead generation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in cold email outreach and lead generation.
• Experience with one or more of the following tools:
  • Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Instantly
  • Smartlead
  • Apollo
  • AI-powered data extraction and prospecting tools
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
