Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of gray structure projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols at the construction site.
• Resolve any disruptions or unexpected issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of over 10 years in construction management, specifically in gray structure projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification or licensure in construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site and in varying weather conditions.
• Capability to walk and stand for extended periods during site inspections.
• Comfortable with lifting equipment and materials as necessary.
