The Role

This is not a post-scheduler position. We are looking for someone who thinks in narratives, sees a brand the way a designer sees a blank canvas, and understands that in 2026, great marketing is equal parts creativity, strategy, and relentless experimentation.

As our Content & Brand Marketing Specialist, you will own Esketchers' voice—across our website, social presence, campaigns, and client acquisition efforts. You will work closely with leadership and the technical team to translate complex AI and software concepts into compelling stories that attract the right clients and talent.

What You Will Do
Brand & Creative
  • Define and evolve Esketchers' brand voice, visual identity guidelines, and content standards
  • Bring a consistent, distinctive creative perspective to everything we publish—from a LinkedIn post to a full website page
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visual and written content that reflects who we are
Content & Storytelling
  • Own the content calendar across LinkedIn, website, and other relevant channels
  • Write compelling copy—case studies, thought leadership articles, website pages, campaign materials, and more
  • Translate technical AI and software concepts into clear, engaging narratives for a business audience
Client Acquisition & Growth Marketing
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that generate qualified leads
  • Identify and test new channels, campaigns, and content formats to attract clients
  • Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture content with conversion in mind
  • Track performance metrics and use data to refine what works
Website
  • Take ownership of the Esketchers website from a content and UX copy perspective
  • Continuously improve messaging, structure, and calls-to-action to increase engagement and inbound inquiries
  • Coordinate with developers on updates and new pages
What We Are Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or a closely related role—preferably within a tech or software company
  • A proven portfolio that demonstrates creative range—campaigns, web copy, social content, and measurable results
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across formats and audiences
  • Experience with B2B marketing and an understanding of how to market to decision-makers
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and inbound marketing principles
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Someone who brings ideas to the table without being asked—proactively, consistently, and with conviction
  • An eye for design—you do not need to be a designer, but you need to know what good looks like
