Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead concepts, campaigns, and overall visual narratives.
- Candidates should possess Branding expertise to maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to oversee creative workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to review and guide design work, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- Relevant skills include excellent visual and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to present and justify creative decisions.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams in a tech or automation-focused environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in a creative leadership or managerial role, mentoring creative teams, and delivering work in fast-paced settings is advantageous.
