• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a US campaign or call center is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in the 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM night shift.
