Responsibilities
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns: paid search, paid social, email, SEO, webinars.
- Manage ad budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a focus on ROI.
- Build marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
- Set and track MQL/SQL targets; report on pipeline contribution.
- Partner with Sales on ICP alignment, lead quality, and feedback loops.
- Execute ABM strategies targeting key verticals and enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable translating data into campaign decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to grow pipeline through measurable programs.
