Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Spec Q1, and API Spec 5L requirements.
• Oversee document control, internal audits, calibration, inspections, risk assessment, employee training, customer feedback, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and management review processes.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, process validation, and continuous improvement through effective monitoring, analysis, and coordination with all departments.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or MS in Total Quality Management (TQM).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Spec Q1, and API Spec 5L standards.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the Pipe, Steel, or Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
