Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and board meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role, with 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Certification in Office Management or equivalent is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Professional manner and appearance.
Experience working with senior management within a corporate environment.
Additional Information:
Must be available to work on-site full-time.
May require occasional travel to support off-site meetings or events.
