Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role, with 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in Office Management or equivalent is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Professional manner and appearance.
  • Experience working with senior management within a corporate environment.
Additional Information:
  • Must be available to work on-site full-time.
  • May require occasional travel to support off-site meetings or events.
