Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and academically driven staff and faculty members to join our institution for the delivery of undergraduate (ADP & BS) and Post-ADP programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering an engaging learning environment, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through teaching, curriculum development, research, and institutional service.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualification: PhD / MPhil (18 Years of Education) in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD degree.
  • Fresh MPhil graduates with exceptional academic records may also be considered.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong subject knowledge in the relevant academic discipline.
  • Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessment, and student evaluation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital teaching platforms.
  • Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic environment.
