Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.
Assist in preparing financial documents and spreadsheets.
Support management in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with relevant software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the computer.
Occasionally required to move or transport light office equipment or supplies.
