Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents and spreadsheets.
  • Support management in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the computer.
  • Occasionally required to move or transport light office equipment or supplies.
