As we expand our footprint, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Associate to strengthen our presence in the Karachi market.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the ground building relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, ensuring our products are well-stocked and visible, and driving consistent sales growth across your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory
- Manage existing sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Retailers (Kiryana stores, supermarkets)
- Distributors and wholesalers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at outlets
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new leads for expansion
- Execute trade promotions, discounts, and in-store activations
- Monitor competitor activity (pricing, schemes, product launches)
- Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with management
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely product delivery
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate
- 1 year of sales experience (preferably in FMCG or beverages)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with local market routes and retail network
- Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
- Own bike (preferred for field mobility)
- Basic reporting skills (Excel / WhatsApp reporting)

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
Salary range: PKR 45,000–55,000 + Sales Commissions
Attractive sales commission and performance-based incentives.
Monthly fuel allowance of 25 litres.
