Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers during the night shift to promote products or services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries or resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers, when necessary, to provide additional information or feedback.
• Work with the sales team to ensure that all targets are met and exceeded.
• Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and forward them to the relevant department if needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
• Patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
