Area of Responsibilities

• Must have good knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing, and Financials Module.
• Provide day-to-day functional support of Oracle EBS Modules to end users.
• Can raise Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and follow up through resolution.
• Monthly period opening and closing tasks.
• Can coordinate with the Technical Team for report development and modification.
• Can conduct User Acceptance Training (UAT) sessions.
• Skilled in preparing functional documentation, UAT documents, and end-user training manuals.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Possesses effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
