Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and produce high-impact digital illustrations, marketing assets, and branded content for web, social media, email, and print channels.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that meet business objectives.
  • Own the full creative lifecycle: ideation → wireframing → design → review → delivery.
  • Present, articulate, and defend design decisions confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and enforce visual consistency across every brand touchpoint, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines as the company grows.
  • Mentor junior designers, conduct design critiques, and elevate team output quality.
  • Proactively track design industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor positioning to keep Mesh Square's creative work ahead of the curve.
Qualification & Skills:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on digital illustration and brand identity.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector illustration, iconography, brand assets) and Adobe Photoshop (compositing, retouching, photo manipulation).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layout and print-ready document production.
  • Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt design style across industries and audience segments.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can translate visual ideas into written/verbal rationale.
  • Experience working in an Agile or sprint-based creative environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or equivalent practical experience.
