Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize outbound GTM systems from prospecting to handoff.
- Design and execute cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-touch campaigns.
- Set up and manage tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, and email automation platforms.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segment target audiences, and personalize outreach.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize reply rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Outbound Sales, GTM, or Growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with cold email systems, CRM workflows, and sequencing tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, technology services, and the US outbound market.
- Ability to independently own both strategy and execution.
