We are looking for a GTM Specialist

We are looking for a GTM Specialist who can design and build scalable sales systems from scratch and drive end-to-end go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will develop sales processes, materials, and tooling that enable our team to consistently hit ambitious revenue and outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales systems and processes from the ground up
  • Develop high-quality sales materials and collateral tailored to different customer segments and stages of the funnel
  • Lead and refine pre-sales workflows, ensuring strong qualification and smooth handoffs to closing teams
  • Conduct deep customer and market research to uncover pain points and translate insights into compelling value propositions and sales pitches that drive conversion
  • Manage and coach SDRs, ensuring they consistently hit outreach volume targets while maintaining high quality in messaging and follow-ups
  • Set and track performance metrics across the GTM funnel; identify gaps and drive ongoing optimization
  • Leverage AI to streamline and improve internal sales processes and systems, including designing and deploying internal AI agents where relevant
  • Own the evaluation and structured use of GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Claude, Apollo, or similar) to support prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to align GTM strategy with company goals
  • Build and scale a high-performing GTM team culture focused on accountability, learning, and consistent execution
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in GTM, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience building sales systems and processes from scratch
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales, outbound, and SDR motion, with hands-on experience managing SDR teams
  • Proven ability to turn customer and market insights into clear, effective sales narratives and collateral
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and internal productivity
  • Comfortable working with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Claude, or equivalent platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and iterate quickly
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a track record of leading teams toward ambitious targets
