Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Reporting for our client to own and drive the financial and regulatory reporting function across all jurisdictions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs, from management accounts and board packs to regulatory submissions and consolidated group financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all internal and external financial reports across client mandates
- Manage regulatory submissions across DIFC, ADGM, FCA, MAS, and other jurisdictions
- Design and deliver monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI dashboards
- Lead group consolidation across multiple jurisdictions with zero reconciliation gaps
- Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors and support internal audit reviews
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing reporting team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ACCA, CIMA, CA, or CFA qualification (mandatory)
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in financial reporting
- Minimum 3 years in a senior reporting leadership role
- Deep expertise in IFRS and group consolidation
- Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks (DIFC, ADGM, FCA, MAS)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Big Four experience is a plus
