SpixHost is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales
Lead our sales department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products, building high-performing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Stay updated on SaaS market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the web hosting, cloud services, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and enterprise client management.
