SpixHost is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales

Lead our sales department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products, building high-performing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Stay updated on SaaS market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the web hosting, cloud services, or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and enterprise client management.
