About the Role

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Head of School Partnerships on behalf of its client, Dream 3, a leading education consultancy in Pakistan.

The Head of School Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing Dream 3’s relationships with leading schools and educational institutions in Lahore. As a senior, highly client-facing role, the individual will serve as the face of Dream 3 to its school partners, developing long-term relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, and representing the organisation at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within the education sector, a strong understanding of schools and their stakeholders, and a proven ability to establish and nurture institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary face and representative of Dream 3 to its school partners and institutional stakeholders.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prominent schools and educational institutions.
  • Identify and establish new school partnerships aligned with Dream 3’s objectives.
  • Manage relationships with senior school leadership, including principals, heads of school, counsellors, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner schools' needs and identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
  • Lead partnership discussions, presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective and existing partners.
  • Represent Dream 3 at school events, meetings, workshops, and other relevant forums.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and commitments to school partners.
  • Maintain strong engagement with existing partners and identify opportunities to deepen and expand relationships.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience, preferably within the education sector.
  • Prior experience working with prominent schools or well-established educational institutions is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, developing, or managing institutional partnerships.
  • Excellent spoken English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing role and representing an organisation externally.
  • Experience in college counselling, student mentoring, academic advising, or university admissions is a strong advantage.
  • An international and relevant undergraduate or master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong professionalism, confidence, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
