Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists.
  • Train and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certificate or degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
