Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public spaces.
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists.
Train and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using housekeeping management software is a plus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificate or degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment.
Familiarity with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
