Techtiks Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and motivated Inbound Telecom Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in selling Internet, TV, and Phone services to US customers, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Promote and sell Internet, TV, and Phone services to US customers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
  • Build strong customer relationships by establishing rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • Recommend the most suitable telecom solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Inbound US Telecom Campaign (Internet, TV & Phone).
  • Previous experience working in a BPO/Call Center is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell telecom products and services.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and willing to work night shifts (US business hours).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
