Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in researching and identifying potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and techniques.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and challenges.
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Relevant coursework or projects in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not required).
