Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in researching and identifying potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and techniques.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).
- Relevant coursework or projects in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not required).
